Positive: Location, staff were helpful, cooked breakfast was lovely. Nice rain shower feel. Tv and having access to Netflix. Beds were very comfortable.

Negative: Only electrical outlets Accessible on one location - not great. No real space except a tiny shelf to put toiletries. Tight space around one bed made it hard to move around between furniture. Very few places to hang towels to dry.

Summary: Overall comfortable, pleasant although a lot of tight spaces in both the room and the bathroom.

Positive: The place was very nice and all the staff were lovely. The breakfast was lovely, buffet style. We had 2 dogs with our group and they opened second lounge for us to have breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay.

Negative: The lift was tiny so not very disability friendly. Something I didn't look into before booking, so my fault really.

Positive: Small lift for one person at a time. Clearly instructed how to use it. Friendly staff. Really big windows, lots of sunlight. Little amenities were a great pick me up in the morning e.g coffee, biscuits, milk Staff told us there was a curfew for the doors being locked but it still worked after the stated time so was easy to stay out a little later and let ourselves in. Lots of pillows. Lots of drawers for storing your things. Little bathroom that has everything you need. Wifi worked well the whole trip. 30 second walk to the beach!

Negative: The breakfast wasnt great. All hot food is in self serve containers so the texture is off. One of the days the mugs in our room were not cleaned. Rest of the week, room was cleaned fine. Wallpaper coming off the walls a bit and some dirt in the cracks but is to be expected for a cheaper hotel. Paid for a sea view room. Was mostly blocked by building in front of the window but the sea was visible. No air conditioning so it got very hot at night with the warm weather. A long walk to get to the major shopping street in Douglas
