Positive: Really beautiful period building, with sea views at the front and garden views to the rear. There was an amazing choice for breakfast, the porridge with fresh berries, chopped nuts, chia seeds and honey was absolutely wonderful. You can see how much work has been done recently to the building.
Negative: There is still a little renovation work to do, some grout missing from between bathroom tiles and some walls need freshening up with new paint in the bedroom but the public areas, especially the breakfast room and lounge were lovely.

Positive: Lovely comfortabke room in a traditional guesthouse. The breakfast was amazing; I particularly liked the good selection of fresh fruit. Really good attention to reducing waste - for example, minimal disposable bottles, packaging / pots etc. Good selection of tourist info leaflets.
Negative: Hmmm... can't think of anything!

Positive: The proprietors were kind and friendly. 3 of us stayed there, and they allowed us to park our motorcycles in their own garage. They also allowed me to use their facilities to wash my bike. Very kind
Negative: Nothing to dislike. The location was great for the ferry, and also next to the Queens pub which was the best in Douglas.

Positive: Breakfast was excellently presented, matching crockery, China cups etc. Food was well prepared and plenty of it. Only thing I could fault was weak tea ! Sorry but I do like stronger tea ! Staff looked after us well, putting the heating on for us on a cold wet miserable day and providing us with a tray of coffee, much appreciated.
Negative: As already mentioned, weak tea !
