Positive: Breakfast was first class, plenty of choice. All the staff were very helpful. Location was excellent for our needs. Right on the seafront and around 10 minutes walk to the shops. Would definitely recommend and we'll be returning.

Positive: Kings House is a family owned and run hotel and this shows in the friendliness, care and consideration you get throughout your stay. It is well placed on the sea front towards the Onchan end, a short walk from the electric railway and horse tram depots and handy for a number of high quality restaurants/pubs. Make sure you have breakfast at the hotel though because it is very well done and you look out over Douglas Bay as you eat it. Parking is on road but it’s free and we always got really close or right outside during our stay. I certainly never fretted about leaving the car when in Douglas.
