Summary: Overall we had a nice stay. Great to be right on the ocean and nice view from the balcony. Also very convenient to local restaurants. While the place is decorated nicely, many of the furnishings have seen far better days… Stains, rips in some of the furniture and even a hole in the bedding quilt. The bedroom pillows definitely need to be replaced. The Plantation shutters in the family room and the plantation sliders in the master were all broken to varying degrees. And the curtain leading out to the balcony kept falling down. The shower curtain was moldy in the master and the guest bedroom tub stopper was broken, so difficult to give baths to children. The dishwasher is rusty and some of the drinking glasses were leaking. This property could be quite nice with fixing a broken items and replacing of things that really are just not as clean as they should be. One elevator was also out of service. There was also a large renovation of the property going on while we were there… Be sure to check that before you book as we were not told until after we had committed.

Summary: The unit was very nice-as advertised! The view is spectacular!!! Beach right out the door. Great umbrella service. Friendly staff. We didn’t call & ask what the smoking policy was but having smokers on nearby balconies was a little off-putting for us clean air junkies. I happily recommend this condo for a family or two couples...we hope to be back soon!
