Summary: The unit 303 is far below the description given in the website. The master bedroom and bath looks like bleach was spilled across the carpet. While the unit is an adequate home base for vacation fun it is not luxurious well kept or up to date. You can tell very little attempt is made to bring this unit to higher standard of quality and to milk the most revenue with the minimal reinvestment towards updates. The furniture is odd shade of orange and the tv is mounted at an awkward position. I loved the Inn at Crystal Beach. This unit is far beneath the facility. The beach service man John is SUPER and to be commended for hard work courtesy and friendliness. He made our stay a much better experience !!

Summary: The unit is showing its age. The stained, worn carpet is bad. The front door handle is even loose and looks like it could be pulled off much less secure. The soft bed is like sleeping on unpadded coils of wire. I wouldn’t recommend to any adult although kids might be able to tolerate it with less weight. The overall outfitting of the unit is adequate. The bathroom and fixtures really need updating. Outside of the unit, the overall conditions of the property are well maintained and based on what we expect since we’ve stayed here over the years. The peeling paint and rust on some of the front doors is tacky however. I miss beach service drinks and food from several years ago. Bottom line is this unit is not worth it given the multitude of other beach front choices with better finish out. Even the ones we’ve stayed in on the fourth and fifth floors are much better.

Summary: Perfect Resort! Will definitely return, just not this unit. This unit needs some serious upgrading. All the beds are uncomfortable. The bed linens are old and dated. The master bedroom was quite musty probably due to the old stained carpet. The couches were uncomfortable and the TV was mounted in a strange place for viewing. The dishwasher needs replacement and kitchen needs to better stocked. This unit is not worth paying for until it is upgraded.
