Positive: The owner is very kind and always greets us. They even offered to fetch us from the port since we arrived late at night. The location is just minutes away from bars and restaurants in San Juan. The room is clean and much more spacious compared to other accommodations at the same price.

Positive: Great! The owner has done so much to turn his place into beautiful accommodation for guests, with a thriving garden. My room was right at the bottom, which was wonderfully spacious and quiet. I was also very grateful to have a good air conditioner and little fridge!

Negative: The plumbing in that specific cabin just needs a little work, but I informed the owner and I have no doubt that he will get it sorted.

Positive: Quiet place, feel the nature. Good price. They took me to the port by free with the tuktuk when I checked out👍🏼

Negative: The WiFi is very bad, most of the time not working. The water heater in the shower was shut down every shower. Some electricity problem. The family that live there are very nice but it feels like there is no owner to this place. A big potential but not realized.

Summary: This place need manager:) they just need to fix some problems and be more available and it could be great place
