Positive: The location is perfect as it is far away from crowds but excellent point o be able to navigate Venice. The apartment is absolutely fabulous it’s full of character and charm as well as being comfortable and clean.

Positive: Great location. Central with easy access to all main sights but in a quiet, residential area away from the crowds. Beautiful apartment full of quirky artefacts. Spacious for a family and far better value than hotels. Felt much more authentic.

Negative: Nothing really. Slightly unpleasant smell occasionally but to be expected when you’re near water all the time.

Positive: Cristina is a FABULOUS host! She sent us a very detailed letter of instruction prior to us getting to her lovely apartment and it was full with precious information including the Wi-Fi password. She was always quick to respond and very caring about ensuring we were having a positive experience. Her place is more spacious than we realized and we loved it! The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and was definitely a plus. We made espresso in the morning and just enjoyed the great location.

Negative: Nothing… it was perfect!
