We organize arrivals between midnight and one o'clock with an additional cost of Euro 100, after this time we reserve the right to accept the customer always with a supplement to be quantified according to the time of arrival.
Beds will be arranged as either doubles or twins as shown in the photos. The possibility of turning a double bed into twins or vice versa can be found in the description and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

Summary: Rachele helped to organise trips outside Venice. Enjoyed Basanno, Asolo. Guido is an excellent driver. Need a new, faster toaster. Need more high quality induction cooking pans. Induction cookers are not easy to use!

Summary: The apartment is stunning! The views, the space, the furnishings, the kitchen. All just perfect and very rare for a rental. Summary: This apt is wonderful, clean, amazing views, comfortable, and spacious. The mgmt company is fantastic, accommodating, and helpful. One of the vaporetto stops is one minute away. Easy to get here on water taxi from airport or train station, easy to walk to everything, or take the water taxis. We all enjoyed our 5-day stay so much! FYI, there are about 15 stairs up from the elevator to the apt, in case mobility is an issue. Our kids had no issue with it, and many times raced up the stairs while we took the elevator. Highly recommend!
