Summary: Wonderful location, easy walking and close by to many of the places we were planning to visit. Front desk staff was great and friendly, answered questions. Room service was super fast and very cheerful. Check in was ok, but seemed chaotic, and valet parking was a bit of a challenge. Hotel seemed quiet, rooms were nice and cozy. Only things we had some trouble with were the pillows that were quite uncomfortable, and even stacked up went completely flat. And the very quirky bathroom light that had to be turned on from outside the bathroom, which would be fine, but it also turned on the light outside the bathroom, which lights up the whole room. Not great for the other person sleeping. Overall good stay, would stay again, mostly for the location and feeling of safety.

Summary: Overall our stay was okay. The check-in was quick and easy. Staff were welcoming. Room was clean and everything worked well. Good location for tourists, close to pier 39 where the sea lions are and pier 33 for the boat to Alcatraz. Also walking distance to Golden Gate Bridge. There’s also a 7/11 shop a couple minutes walk away. It would have been good to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks. I requested a quiet room but the room we were given was in the bottom corner of the hotel and was very noisy as it was at street level. Walls between rooms thin and the room doors noisy when closing. Breakfast was $40 per person!! Very overpriced. Needless to say we didn’t have breakfast. We were told that we could have $15 discount per day as we were guests however even at $25 per person we still thought this was pricey. There is a decent cafe called IHOP nearby where we had breakfast instead. The incidentals deposit was $100 per day which seems excessive.

Summary: Valet kid was very helpful for transportation ideas. We only stayed one night and wasn’t in the room except to sleep. It is clean, convenient location to walk to the piers, and very busy street outside.

Summary: The room was very small, and I thought over priced. Location was very good (walking distance to Ghirardelli Square, and Embarcadero). The staff were all lovely - from front desk, housekeeping, and valets.i would probably look for a less expensive hotel next time. With fees and parking, the total bill was $2000 for three nights!
