Positive: Outstanding views and shuttle bus providing transportation

Negative: Above details was not shared during booking nor details provided so new comers knew how to get the bus for first time, we ended up being ripped off by local operating taxis charging us €100 Also no kettle in room for making hot water, our daughter is asthmatic so couldn’t drink cold water

Negative: Bus back and forth worked well but wish it ran twice an hour to make leaving/coming back easier.

Positive: The hotel was up in the hills and had a great view over Sorrento. Lovely staff. Great pool. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Free shuttle bus every day to and from Sorrento.

Negative: The air con could’ve been a bit cooler at night.

Positive: We loved the view & the staff! The hotel is on the top of the hill so we had to take the shuttle to & from the town. The room was very small, it was not comfortable for 3 adults. But the staff was excellent!
