Positive: The facilities were amazing and there was great attention to detail in the kitchen, lounge, sleeping area and bathroom to ensure comfort throughout the stay. We especially liked the coffee machine and milk steamer/frother. The hosts were also very kind, though we did not meet them, as they left us a complementary Bakewell tart and a welcome card. On top of this, we had left some food in the fridge accidentally and they generously paid for postage and sent the items to us very quickly. The one thing I would mention, not as a criticism but more out of our fault, was that public transport to and from Froggatt (Peak Sightseer) is limited and expensive (£12 for the cheapest ticket) - which makes eating out in the evening and planning day trips difficult. Again, this was a mistake on my part and should not remove from any of the positive comments about the property, I only mention it as a warning to those who wish to come by public transport as we did. That being said, if you can get over the price of the buses the location is very convenient to get to Chatsworth, and you can use the same bus to get to shops in the nearby towns.

Negative: I have little to no complaints. The only thing I would say is that there isn’t really any proper showering facilities and so you have to pretty much exclusively use a bath. There is a small detachable shower-head that sits next to the bath, but because it is an attic room there isn’t enough space to stand in the bath, so either way you have to sit to get washed. This is not the fault of the owners as the height of the apartment limits the space for a standing shower. I’m sure this is not an issue for the vast majority of people; however, I do like to have showers in the morning, and having to run the bath every morning to get washed slowed down the morning a fair bit. It’s an astoundingly minor complaint and one I’m sure will not deter most people and even me from staying again.

Positive: This is the most perfect, stylish and clean accommodation I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Janet and Stephen were both lovely and ensured we had the best stay. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful for walking and exploring, but we equally loved lazing around the accommodation as it was so peaceful. I'll definitely be back!

Positive: A real gem…superb location and spotlessly clean studio which was fully equipped. The hosts are super friendly and the studio fantastic . We very much appreciated the Bakewell tart which was provided on arrival! - could not fault the location , studio or hosts …..wish we had more time than just staying for the weekend !

Positive: Absolutely loved the location. Within walking distance to some beautiful pubs, a pretty village and great nature walks. The studio apartment was perfect for a couple, really appreciated there was a kitchen with all the facilities we needed. Saved us some money buying out. Very peaceful location. And the owners gave us their numbers just in case we needed anything.

Negative: I don't actually have anything bad to say. We loved our stay and would be happy to return again. Thank you.
