Positive: Exceptional property furnished to a high level. Lovely garden and the summer house an appreciated feature. Great quiet location in the heart of the Peaks, Chatsworth only five minutes away.

Negative: Stairs are steep so may not be suitable for everyone. Main bedroom was too light in mornings, darker thicker curtains would help.

Summary: Fantastic property ideally located in the heart of the Peak District.

Positive: We loved the kitchen, it had everything we needed for cooking several big meals. The house was really cosy and comfy- the underfloor hearing was great! Marita gave very clear instructions to make sure we arrived safely in the ice!
