Summary: The property manager was very responsive. The listing was accurate, the space was clean and the beach toys and grills in the garage were a nice touch! Only issue was neighbors complaining about noise.

Summary: We had a great stay for the weekend with our family. You’re a quick walk to the beach and close to a lot of restaurants & bars in Jax Beach & Atlantic Beach. Grocery stores and retail all within 5-10 min drive. Owners really responsive with all my questions. We had a few minor issues over the weekend but honestly nothing we needed maintenance or fixed immediately. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Summary: I and my family stayed in two of the connected units. We found the accommodations comfortable and very clean. The units had nice floorplans that coupled ample space for family activities and dining with privacy. I can't also help but mention how great the location is. You're only about one tiny block beach access and ten minute walks from grocery shopping (Wholefoods is right outside the neighborhood along with Petsmarts). Finally, the beach location is largely residential, meaning that it never was particularly crowded during our stay. All-in-all, a great place to stay. Thanks!

Summary: Out of the 16 people that stayed here, we all had zero complaints and had an awesome time. Great location just walking distance to the beach. The owner had great communication and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend to anyone! 5 stars every time!
