Positive: Very clean and comfortable. We were 6 adults and it didn’t feel crowded. There were enough confortable seatings a part of the table chairs. You have anything you need in the kitchens and bathrooms. All beds were very comfortable too! We didn’t use the bikes or the outside area since it was cold and too busy but back yard seems a great place to hang out if you are there longer than us or better weather. Sara, the host was very responsive and very kind making sure we were comfortable or needed anything else. Very sweet!!

Negative: If I have to say anything is that there was not an in-suite bathroom but it didn’t bother us at all and made things better actually.

Positive: The house is very clean and comfortable. You can really tell that owners pay attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bikes are a great addition to our stay. It’s a 6 to 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Sarah made great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We stayed for additional 7 days we enjoyed it so much. The owners were very accommodating to our request for an extended stay. My company is working on an extended project on Atlantic BLVD. and will book again if needed. Thanks so much for an awesome stay.

Negative: The programmed thermostat. Had to keep adjusting.

Positive: This was a perfect stay! It’s obvious the owners care a lot about this home and their guests. The property had everything we could ask for and more: bikes, a fire pit, beach toys, a cooler, all the kitchen essentials we needed and so many nice touches I never would’ve thought of like a white noise machine in the bedrooms, sleep masks, and chocolates. Aside from all the creature comforts, the house is decorated beautifully! It was so nice to be surrounded by everything we needed and wanted and in such a stylish, clean & chill setting. We stayed with 2 other couples from different parts of the country and I was happy that I chose this property over some of the others I looked at. Proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants was ideal. Communication with the owners was timely and thoughtful. It was obvious they really wanted us to enjoy our stay and we really did!

Negative: The only downfall is that now I want to go home and redecorate my house to match the vibe of this house!

Positive: Better option than a hotel! Just about 3 minutes to the beach by car. Dunkin’ Doughnuts and other nice cafes and restaurants in both directions. Grocery store 1 minutes away. Washer and dryer are super convenient! Host responds promptly!
