Summary: We stayed at the Coco Villa in Jacksonville Beach for our Daytona 500 bachelor weekend. It was the perfect spot to rest our heads, hang by the pool, and play some games. The location is great for a group of our type. The beach isn't far and both the Jax Beach Pier and Neptune Beach are just a short drive away. Communication with Coco was super easy and prompt. I would definitely recommend this house and host for group stays.

Summary: Overall, it was a wonderful house/property for a special family trip! It was my husband's 40th birthday, so we brought our 2 year old, the grandparents and other family and friends (plus a dog) to celebrate. It was an excellent location with plenty of room for all us. While the weather was cold, we still enjoyed our time at the house and enjoyed a lovely family meal together. We could walk to a cute bruch spot, plenty of room to park in the driveway and a fun game room/outdoor space. The owners were very responsive throughout the planning of our trip, as well as answered questions in real time while we were there. Highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you want a location convenient to great Jax attractions/restaurants and golf at TPC Sawgrass.

Summary: This was a great house at Jax Beach and easy to get to. Everything you needed was nearby (i.e. restaurants, markets, pharmacy and the beach)! We rented it for only a few days to go to appointments at Mayo Clinic and it was perfect. Lovely house, it had everything you needed, was super clean - we would highly recommend!
