Welcome to H2O: A custom-built modern beach house 1.5 blocks from the beach, with a heated pool. Spanning 4,493 square feet, H2O is a spacious coastal escape designed for families and groups who want to blend comfort, style, and plenty of fun.
Step inside to soaring ceilings and a bright open living room with coastal-modern decor that seamlessly flows into the chef's kitchen. This fully stocked gourmet kitchen features an oversized island, double ovens, and plenty of prep space for effortless dining and entertaining. H2O boasts three indoor lounge areas all equipped with large Smart TVs - including a 1st floor front lounge with a pool table.
H2O comfortably hosts large groups, with 6 bedrooms and multiple sleeping options. This Jacksonville Beach retreat has six luxurious bedrooms (5 of which have ensuite bathrooms) and a designated workspace. Every bedroom has a top-of-the-line, award-winning mattress, hotel-quality pillows for different sleep positions, a work desk, and a smart TV. The suites are as follows:

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Summary: Our stay was incredible! The entire family of 16 with ages ranging from 2 to 76 enjoyed the home! There plenty of room and activities for everyone to do what they wanted to do. Some played pool, others were in the pool, a few at the beach, while the rest watched the NBA playoffs. This home is in a great location with great dining and shopping. We will be back for another vacation!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at H20. We were able to bring everyone together in the family under one roof which was very special to us (my husband and our four children ranging from 12 to 22). We loved that all the rooms had ensuites so everyone was happy with their sleeping arrangements. The house is so well appointed. We enjoyed the pool table and pool. The owners thought of everything! We had a great time!

Summary: This was the perfect place for 4 generations of family across 4 different states to come together and just enjoy our time together. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach and the pool was perfect for cooling off and for the young ones in our party to enjoy. The house was amazing and had tons of extra spaces to enjoy (game room, pool table and side TV room, two outdoor areas including a large table and a gas firepit). The house came with tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, coolers and beach blankets. It was absolutely perfect and worked great for us to surprise someone for their 70th birthday!
