Summary: The air conditioner wasn’t working well so we asked for another room. It was better but not the best. Carpet needed stretched . Nice size room. Parking lot was closed. Had to walk across the lot to an additional parking lot. There was Only room enough to unload and no drive up area to unload at the door. Bar is closed on weekends and monday as well as the restaurant.

Summary: I was here on some of the hottest days of the year. With that said, I understand things happen. However, the AC to the hotel was having trouble keeping up and the gym was 76 degrees while I was working out (and only one machine in working order) and my room was at 79 degrees with the AC on. I called the front desk and was told someone would be up to check it out and over an hour later no one had come up. When I called back down they advised they were working on it. I then asked for a fan since I was getting ready for a formal event and was very warm. this again took almost an hour to get to my room. I appreciate the fan and understand things happen, but I expect a hotel to have proper working equipment, especially something like the AC in the summer time.

Summary: Parking was limited as the parking lot connected was shut down. The hotel was outdated and was okay for cleanliness. Smelled like smoke in the hallways.

Summary: Service was good and employees were very friendly. The room was outdated but clean. The hotel parking lot is across the street. There didn’t appear to be many guests staring at the hotel. Very quiet. You get what you pay for, but it did the job.

Summary: This was a quick 1 night stay for me and my 3 family members in one room. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean. The room is starting to show wear on the carpet and in the bathroom. The air conditioning was very subpar. Knowing it was 85 outside and that we would have 4 people sleeping there, we turned the room temp down before dinner. When we returned later, there was no change. We adjusted it again, but had a pretty stuffy and humid night and morning.

Summary: When we got to the hotel there were no signs indicating that the parking was closed. When my husband went in to figure out where to park he was met with a condescending remark that it’s on the hotel’s website. We had been driving for ten hours so we didn’t think we had to look up the parking situation. We were also in a large Uhual which made it hard to turn around. When we checked in the staff was unfriendly and the room was less t subpar. I will not stay in another Holiday Inn.
