Positive: Hariara is one of the best places I have ever stayed in my life. I relaxed in the beautiful garden for days and days speechless at the beauty and peace of the lake. It’s truly magical, mystical and magnificent. The location is perfect. The room was spacious, comfortable and the balcony had an incredible view. The owner is kind, warm and welcoming. The dogs are awesome. I will be back next year !

Negative: I just wish I could have stayed longer :)

Positive: Very well equipped, big room, hot shower and comfy bed.

Negative: No sound isolation: at night you hear every other guest. In the morning, they started very loud construction work, until the evening... No chance to relax in the room, on the balcony or in the garden. Light in the bathroom was not working.

Positive: Was really happy we chose this place as so many on the lake. The room was basic but clean, comfortable bed. The rooms overlook the lake and they have the most beautiful garden. With lots of shaded seating areas and then right in front of the the lake they haves a row of sun beds and parasols–it’s perfect. On the street behind the property is more than enough restaurants and we had the best food whilst here. Tuk Tuk is walkable to explore and the ferry from Parapat also drops you right at the hotel.

Negative: Could hear noise from outside from the room as the top section above the window is a mesh. But it was always quiet at night so it wasn’t too bad…can’t have been as we extended our stay.

Summary: Gorgeous place on the lake, beautiful gardens to relax. Great value for money.

Positive: Such a lovely room – probably the cleanest we’ve stayed in so far. The highlight is the beautiful garden by the lake, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. We’d definitely recommend it.

Positive: Location is perfect- right next to three lake. Staff is super friendly, they gave us a water cooker when we asked and helped us with the ferry back. Very clean.

Negative: Staff is not always at reception so you have to wait or look again after some time but they are very responsive on Booking. Some ants were in the room.
