Positive: Very close to Bryce Canyon, beds are comfy. Nice to have a private bathroom and access to a kitchen. Appreciate the trail bars they leave in the room for you and the extra towels.

Negative: Noise -- if you're on the lower floor, the floor boards are very thin so you'll hear people walking. And if you're upstairs, the doors have a massive door gap (3-4" above the ground) so ANY noise from the hallways, including the ones downstairs can be heard (and vice versa). Breakfast was served but it was just ok (nothing to rave about). Laundry is available on site but we weren't able to use it because the staff used the laundry machines to wash linens and just left them in the machines the whole day.

Positive: Breakfast was very good. Our cottage was quiet and roomy. good cleanliness and comfort. parking was very good and location to Bryce Canyon and other spots was great.

Negative: The entry steps could have been configured to be normal height steps instead of higher than normal. made it a little difficult for my spouse who has mobility issues.

Summary: Overall, a great comfortable stay, I would highly recommend it

Positive: This is a charming traditional B&B near Bryce Canyon National Park. It's in a cute small town called Tropic, UT which is about 15 minutes east of Bryce - an easy drive. There is a great coffee shop and good restaurants in Tropic. The B&B has about 8 rooms on two floors and a shared common area. When I was there, I was the only guest so the common area was my own - I used it to work in one day. Breakfast was great with pancakes, eggs, bacon, juice and coffee. Really appreciate the staff who were very friendly.

Negative: Nothing I can think of.
