Welcome to Bryce Vistas Vacation Apartment, we are located on the doorstep of Bryce Canyon National Park, in the beautiful town of Tropic, Utah.
Our Vacation Rental Apartment is immersed by the surrounding landscapes, where it provides a secluded getaway, but is close enough to Parks, Hikes, Restaurants and shopping.
The beauty of this area is not only its red rock colors, hoodoos, and arches, but being on the cusp of high mountain lakes, and pine forests. It's where the deserts & mountains converge, and it's one of the most spectacular places on earth.

THE APARTMENT
This spacious 700 square-foot, one-bedroom apartment has a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to make your own meals (except the food of course - some basic spices, oil, etc. are included) with seating and place settings for four. The private bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and full bath (tub/shower).
There are two twin-sized beds in the living area. In addition, the living room is furnished with sofa, arm chair and 40' Smart TV. Free WIFI
THE LOCATION
Bryce Vistas is a secluded retreat, away from the busy tourist areas, yet just 1.6 miles to Tropic and only 10 minutes to Bryce Canyon. This property is centrally located to many State and National Parks: Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Kodachrome Basin, Grand Staircase, Dixie National Forest and just a little further to Zion National Park, Boulder Mountain and Capitol Reef. You could easily stay here for a week without running out of places to go and things to do. The stars are especially gorgeous out here away from the lights.

Summary: The location was quiet and convenient, just down the road off the highway. Communications were friendly and prompt, and Jennifer was a delight to meet when we arrived. There were plenty of Bryce and other resources in the apartment to help with activity planning. It was a great stay.

Summary: The first thing I noticed was how clean the apartment was and it smelled great! We were welcomed by the owner which was nice. We had no trouble with the gps finding the location. There were plenty of towels, toiletries and some condiments in the fridge. There was a large selection of teas and regular and decaf French roast coffee. I would recommend a humidifier for those of us who come from lower altitudes!

Summary: The host met us on arrival and provided invaluable information and was a true joy to meet. The studio was OUTSTANDING and is a SPECIAL Place. You could tell immediately upon entering the studio that much love and care was put into it. We only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy all that it offered. Highly recommended.

Summary: This place is just a 15 minute drive to Bryce Canyon. It's easy to find and super comfortable and clean. What makes it extra special are all the little touches that the host, Jennifer put in place. For instance, it was really cold when we arrived, but she had the thermostat up at a comfortable temperature so when we arrived, the place was already warm. There were a bunch of Keurig options and the water in the Keurig was already filled. There was filtered water (Britta) in the refrig and adjustable night lights, which were a huge help! The cherry on top was how easy the check out was. We didn't have to strip the sheets, take out the trash and she even said leave the dishes in the sink. I've stayed at a lot of rentals and this was the first time anyone had said to leave dishes! One of the worst things is when a place has a long list of rules about checking out and you are already paying a cleaning fee! Jennifer is a top tier host, I wish she could run any property I stay at in the future!
