Positive: With the warmest welcome on arrival everything got better still.There was an array of hot drinks,herbs,condiments,food from the owners as well as previous renters,even milk which normally I have to request.These are greatly appreciated and make it feel more homely.There were also plentiful toiletries,tourist information,notes of what to do or not.Every prospective owner should come and see what makes a great stay.Even if it was not on the doorstep of Bryce Canyon at very reasonable cost,I would still say it is the closest to perfection you will find.

Positive: The property was immaculate. The space was smarty utilized. They thought of every amenity! IIr was comfortable, clean and convenient. Everything looked brand new. The bed linens were high quality and perfectly pressed.

Negative: Nothing. It was the best!

Summary: I am picky. I like staying at 5 star hotels. This property exceeded my expectations. It’s a real find.

Positive: This was without a doubt the best place we stayed during our trip to the US (and we stayed in 5-star hotels!). You have everything you could need, the place is quiet, comfortable and spotless. Michael & Jennifer were amazing hosts, Jennifer came round to say hi in case we needed anything. There are guides for everything including the menus of nearby restaurants and this is the only place we found in our whole trip where the aircon was super quiet! You can tell that Michael and Jennifer care not only about their place but the people they are hosting.

Negative: We should have stayed longer.
