Negative: Clean room and good breakfast, but several issues affected our stay. There was no one to receive us on arrival, making check-in confusing. We were also called just 15 minutes before check-in to change our room from a king to a queen, which was disappointing. The walls are very thin so noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard.

Positive: The location was great for access to Bryce NP. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was made to order and very good except for cold coffee.

Negative: The room is pretty stark & could benefit from some “cozying up” with some artwork, etc. The lighting choices were near darkness or blinding light. A dimmer switch for the ceiling lights would be an inexpensive upgrade. Bedside lamp only on 1 side. Finally, the hot water temp is scaldingly hot - beware!

Positive: Good location about 20 minutes from the Bryce entrance. Excellent homemade breakfast.

Negative: There was no one there during check-in – a little awkward for a bed-and-breakfast. The room was decent enough, but very sparse.

Negative: We did not have air conditioning as noted in the room description - just a fan. Maybe they have something later in the year, but it was 86 degrees in March and needed for better sleep (we had to keep the windows open which meant noise).
