Positive: The house is very charming, extremely well located. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with all the necessary equipment to use the barbecue. The house has all the necessary tools and equipment to cook and live. Tropic is very close to Bryce and has a nice restaurant and a small supermarket for all the necessities. There is a garden where you can eat at night as well.
Negative: This is not a luxury or fancy location, do not expect modern toilet or kitchen but if this is not what you are looking for, this is perfect and we recommend it.

Positive: Cozy, more than enough bedrooms and beds for what we needed. Tons of space, inside and outside. They had an outdoor grill and seating outside. Only 15 mins to Bryce Canyon. Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. Very quiet area as well and we got to experience life in the farm. The owners were gracious enough to share their chicken eggs with the family and had our children take them from the chicken coup. We saw a lot of animals around the neighborhood. Also, great views of the mountains/canyons.
Negative: Very old aesthetics and bathroom had carpets.
