Summary: Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening.

Summary: The hotel was fabulous and we were able to sample the extra restaurants that the hotel has. The piano bar was tremendous with it’s entertainment and selection of drinks.

Summary: The hotel was very beautiful. Worth to update to the superior room. We had the most amazing view. The only criticism is that during meals, lunch and dinner, the drinks take a bit too long to come. Sometimes you wait for the entirety of your meal. Everything else was perfect.

Summary: We stayed for a week and upgraded to privilege (which i would recommend) the majority of staff were fantastic and very helpful. Food was very good with plenty of choice for an all inclusive. The problem we did have was booking specialty restaurants and the choice wasn't great. They book up very quickly. But both the steak and Italian were good. Sports bar was limited opening hours, which was disappointing when there was football on. On another positive the manager of the vulcan was superb and very friendly. Bruno in the piano bar was also excellent. Very attentive. I would definitely recommend but only with privilege

Summary: I am no a professinal reviewer of hotel, but they must have thought I was... That's the only reason i can think of why they pulled out *all* the stops to make me feel valued and welcome like they did. Wonderful room, wonderful service, really good food - especially the cheese spread, and extra especially the "semi cured flower cheese", which i guess is the canarian version of appfenzeller? Either way, great place, would definitively come back. Also technically not the hotel, but the dive centre on the grounds were excellent as well.
