Positive: The Hotel was very calm and quiet, because of its Location. The staff spoke English and was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be eaten on the floor below (Restaurant) or near the close-by shops.

Negative: Arrival is difficult because of the fact, that you have to enter a park to get to the hotel. We tried the numbers provided, and weren‘t put through with a non-chinese phone number. Ideally, a WeChat number ist provided and for reachability of the reception. Luckily, we tried with hand and feet and poor Chinese with the guard, who organised it. Towels are throw-away and very thin, not doing the job (Especially for women).

Positive: The hotel is located in an amusement park and zoo. It's nice if you have kids. Not so nice if you go out and come back at night and have to walk in the dark inside the empty park.

Negative: The AC in the room did not work. And the smell in the room wasn't that good.

Positive: It is inside the park, so the entrance fee to the park is accounted for. Many attractions in the park itself. Otherwise, it is very convenient location to other attractions outside as well! The view is not majestic but it is very close to nature! Room is very spacious. Toilet and bathroom separated. Room door is with passcode so no need to worry about losing any card. The staff is very friendly, will send you to and fro the park entrance. They will give you nice recommendations. They even went the extra mile to check my train tickets for me. Thank you!

Negative: First time encountering the packet/disposable washcloth/towel. May not be enough for ladies with thick/long hair. Prepare your own towel or need to ask for more from the staff.

Positive: The bed was super soft and comfy, fell asleep in no time. The location is super great, near to many food joints, just across the bridge in walking distance.

Negative: The hotel is inside the park and it gets closed at night, so you need to inform the front desk of you coming late. Then you have to wait at the gates for them to come and open them.
