Positive: The hotel amenities with tea infused. Shower was nice and big. Friendly staff at receptionist.

Negative: My room 1202 opted for cleaning everyday but they only cleared the rubbish and replenish the towels bed wasn't made.

Positive: very closed to the attractions in the city, convenient for travelling. cozy and clean overall. staffs are friendly as usual.

Negative: it's better to mention in the guide book in room that deposit applied for the borrowing of the adaptor and socket, otherwise, the guests need to visit the lobby counter for few times to borrow little thing.

Positive: I liked the staff and the fact that it has a coin laundry on the top floor. Probably the nicest room thusfar in Taiwan (khaosiung, Tainan, Taipei).

Negative: The dryer isn't that great and will take forever to dry clothes. I wish there was a clothesline to dry the clothes in the bathroom. Not a knock against the hotel but the area around the station seems like it struggles with beggars and the unhoused.
