Negative: Funky smell, no light switches by the bed, was charged an 8% exchange rate for using a foreign credit card, was charged $300NTD extra for checking out a few minutes late even though I told the front desk the night before that I would be in an important meeting and they said it was okay. No allergen information on breakfast dishes. Limited gluten free options.

Positive: The room was nice and big enough. The only staff that was nice was Ronson.

Negative: The room cleaning was bare minimum at best, they just change the towels and put the bed covers back. The floors were dirty the next day and was not clean. None of the staff are nice except Ronson, the rest are just straight up cold. No greeting, not even helpful. Also, the hotel makes you check in at 3pm but would not even give you an extension of 30 mins when requested, will insist on charging it as hourly rate and also call rush you into hurrying up in the last 15 minutes. The charge was not a lot but the way they responded and rushing us was so annoying.
