Positive: The location is very near Taichung transport hub. A few minutes walk to Taichung main station. Lots of busses start from the station. Lots of others pass roads near the hotel. There is also a bus run between Taichung station and Taoyuan international airport in Taipei departing every hour. We would like to commend the hotel cleaning staff on the 7th floor during our stay. He was very attentive to give us services (of his duty) and, as we stayed for a week, we could see him carrying out his cleaning duties on that floor so efficiently. What a valuable asset to the hotel!

Negative: The room walls look a little tired. Many marks caused by luggage wheels are easily noticeable. Only one packet of 3 in 1 coffee powder and one packet of Chinese tea per day for a room of 2 occupants. No option for people who only drink black coffee. A soap dispenser provided in the shower compartment is in the far corner and, therefore, difficult to access when one wants to wash hands in the sink, without getting wet feet/socks.
