Negative: No toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste) in the rooms. You have to order and pay for them, NT$10 per set.

Positive: The play ground is big and comfortable. Facilities are clean. Yummy breakfast with many choices.

Positive: Everything was excellent about this hotel. Modern, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast -- self-service with many cuisines. Reception staff super-helpful, they helped us book a restaurant for our next night in Taipei. 15 minute walk (or short bus ride) to Taichung railway station.

Positive: love it, great variety and the children play area was a big hit. the kid playground was massive and the kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave the hotel

Negative: location, there wasn't much around in the vicinity besides the nearby night market. And it wasn't a nice one in particular. Not as many restaurants in the area as we were hoping.
