Positive: Rooms comfortable, spacious, clean, very well-equipped. Laundry room available for free. Hotel staff truly kind and helpful, really go the extra mile for customers.
Negative: Location is practical (near train station) but creepy. I have traveled all around Taiwan and this is the only place with such dirty streets and such a concentration of dodgy businesses (shady KTVs, etc) I have ever seen. Also, prepare to translate from Indonesian / Tagalog / Vietnamese/ Thai because most shops and restaurants in the area hardly have anything written in Chinese or English.
Summary: Very clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, but in a creepy area

Positive: 超讚的飯店👍！服務態度極佳、我手機和錢包（護照在錢包裡）在計程車落下、還好Ryan、Yuyu和Ambiel非常幫忙經過他們協助下終於找回來。 房間很寬敞、乾淨、位置靠近台鐵和附近有非常多店、特別一間叫「宮原眼科」、很多人去打卡。 Near to Miyahara and Taichung MRT station. Walking to pastry shops. Convenient store.store also 2 mins away.

Positive: Good communication from the hotel throughout. Was able to reserve a parking lot before I arrived, by messaging through Line. Hotel staff very quickly replaced our shower hose when it broke. Loved that there was a ball pit on Level 12 for young children. Easy access to 7-Eleven and Family Mart just downstairs.
Negative: Would appreciate a microwave oven to be provided on Level 12. Key card readers in the lift were a bit of hit-and-miss; some cards were easily read while others took several tries.

Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Taichung Station and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it offered great value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

Positive: Love the room upgrade. They had a mini competition to win some gift, that was nice. The location is prime. We took public buses mostly and it was convenient. 7 minutes walk to Taichung station. If you are a Muslim, you get many halal eatery nearby. The beds were comfy. The bath tub was good. Water pressure in the shower is good.
Negative: Nothing to complain. There's somehow a smell in the bathroom but they do provide a freshener spray.
