Positive: Staff was super nice and did everything perfectly. Hotel transport system to Beitou worked well. Room hot and cold water baths were nice.

Negative: Room price is too high compared to the same level hotels. Chinese restaurant showed Michelin stars but for what? None of our selected food wasn't even close to Michelin level. One of the wine glasses was dirty, bottle was opened leaving corc pieces inside. Nobody knew what is Gin Tonic, etc. We chose Taiwan breakfast served on the same Chinese restaurant. But it was low quality. Fish was totally overkooked and other food didn't had any taste.

Summary: Meet the price level. Change brekfast system. Improve Chinese restaurant level.

Positive: The staff was very accommodating. Our room was beautiful and had all of the details and amenities we needed to have a relaxing stay. The meals were exceptional, and getting a shuttle or taxi where we needed to go was easy.

Summary: Excellent stay during our honeymoon- they even made us a little cake and brought it to our room!

Negative: For the money we spent the breakfast was really not it. It was a pre-made set and we were only able to choose between 2 options. No possibility to have something different at all.
