Negative: For the money we spent the breakfast was really not it. It was a pre-made set and we were only able to choose between 2 options. No possibility to have something different at all.

Negative: i was referred to this hotel by 2 good friends. They stayed at Grandview in 2 separate occassions. Their descriptions set very high expectations for me. I have to say I was a little disappointed when I saw the public hotsprings in B2. May be some mismatched of expectations on my part. The public hotsprings were not as excellent as expected.

Positive: Onsen and cold baths in the room were great. Large size of the room and was very comfortable in general.

Negative: A little far from everything, takes about 30 mins walk uphill to get from the main Beitou area to the hotel.
