Positive: Great location, two minutes from Xinbeitou MRT with the Thermal Valley, Hot Spring Museum and Beitou library all within easy walking distance. The public hot spring facilities are genuinely good — clean, well-maintained and free for hotel guests. The private in-room hot spring tub is a nice feature.

Positive: Location, room size, quickness of air conditioning as well as the quickness of how fast the bath fills up.

Negative: Construction sounds at 8am— likely temporary. Man hair shavings on the sink in our room when we got there.

Positive: The hot springs bath was nice and big and could fit 3 of us. It even had a cold bath area. The room was so comfortable and big.Breakfast was sufficient and bread/ cheese cake was delicious. MADE INHOUSE The gardens just outside the hotel is so beautiful. Lovely for a walk!

Negative: I accidentally pressed the emergency button thinking it was a heater switch but nobody came to check. No emergency..but what if there was..so I was concerned.

Summary: Lovely private hot springs in your own hotel room ..Amazing.

Positive: just minutes from the sights including the museum and thermal valley, loved having my own private onsen and steam shower and spent a lot of time soaking

Negative: the breakfast could’ve been better and would liked more taiwanese dishes. the sauna in my room didn’t really work and never got hot enough, but i guess taipei is hot enough already.
