Positive: We loved staying here! The staff were so friendly, they took the time to remember all of the guests names. The rooms were clean and housekept and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and included a barista coffee which was a win for us! If you are looking for a bit of luxury this is the way to go.

Negative: Not an issue for us but as the resort is very new they are still doing some landscaping at times but this did not affect our stay :)

Positive: we had a great stay. The hotel is super beautiful, the rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly.

Negative: On the last morning we asked for breakfast a little earlier before leaving by bus. It was served 15 minutes after the time we had agreed upon together, we had to eat very quickly so as not to waste it and miss our bus. Quite annoying

Positive: We loved our stay at Gili Dua Resort! The hotel is beautiful, with a peaceful vibe. It has a large, delightful pool; the rooms are gorgeous, clean, and have very comfortable beds. The air conditioning works super well. The bathrooms are very nice, too. Best of all, there's a fridge stocked with beer and soda (at a good price). The breakfasts are delicious, and Amanda and the staff at the hotel are wonderful people; they make the experience even better! I highly recommend it!

Positive: Everything you could want from holiday accommodation. It is new and modern with excellent rooms, 20 metre pool, great position and attentive staff.

Negative: Nothing, but I look forward to coming back when the new pizza oven is opened

Positive: We absolutely loved our time at Gili Dua! From the moment we arrived, Amanda made us feel incredibly welcome. She is the loveliest host you could hope for, and her entire team are just as friendly, warm, and helpful. What really sets Gili Dua apart is the atmosphere. There’s a special vibe here – relaxed, open, and full of great conversation. It was so nice to connect with other guests, swap stories, and share tips over breakfast or after a day out. It felt like a little community. The rooms are ultra comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, the wifi is strong and consistent, which was a huge plus for us as we were working remotely during our stay. If you’re heading to south west Sumbawa, we can’t recommend Gili Dua enough. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, friendliness, and fun.
