Positive: Right across from lisa’s garden, 2 minute walk away from the beach at yo’yos. The villa is new and modern everything works flawlessly the beds are comfy comes with a smart tv full kitchen set up and utensils, the house keeper who stays near the villa is super helpful and friendly. Matt the owner is responsive and easy to deal with - modern & comfy villa if you want to be comfortable this is the place

Positive: I liked everything with this magical villa!!!! Perfect for either short or long stays in all ways. Matt, has been a very responsive, supportive host, and truly a great guy! The villa is fully furnished with great, comfortable furniture (the bed is awesome), Air Conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, perfect comfortable lounge with two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms with everything you need. An awesome restaurant is located right across the villa which serves delicious and great priced meals. The villa is also located right in front of one of the best surf beaches (Yoyos) in Sumbawa. And I really need to mention the cleaning lady, she is super cool (she speaks English better than I do...lol) and does an amazing job. Thanks a million Matt and the amazing staff for really an amazing stay! You guys are true legends!

Positive: I stayed here 3 weeks and was worried before my arrival because of the last review so here my detailed review: I had a really good time here. First the air con is upstairs but when u close the outside door the all villa is fresh. Plus downstairs you have two big ceilings fans. I barely used the one in the living room and just level 1 because it was already enough cold. The villa is cozy, clean and new. 3 min walking distance from the beach 1 min walking distance from one the best restaurants in town Mattress is comfy Kitchen is well furnished The owner checked several times during my stay that everything was alright The cleaning lady was really nice and the ground men discret and always here if you need something I experienced electricity power off twice or three times but not much than 5 minutes - and it goes on automatically. In the area there are probably very few places or not even better than this one.
