Positive: I stayed here for 3 nights. The owner was really hospitable and friendly. He explained the facilities carefully on the first day. Everywhere was super hygiene and comfortable.

Positive: Frans place is nicer than it looks in the pictures here. I’ve advised him to update them. He’s a very sweet host. Has a very cute Spanish accent too. I had a good stay here. Finding buses was not too difficult. It would have been nicer if there were locks inside the bedroom doors but the place and locality both seemed safe. Fran gives clear instructions for checkin and is really warm and welcoming. There’s a shared living room as well where I could finish up all my office work that was pending. Good wifi connection too. Much recommend staying here. Would definitely rebook when I visit again :-)

Positive: Place is near to city centre, free parking and excellent host. Property was also very well maintained and the basic need things were provided. If we are coming to Edinburgh this will be where we are staying.
