Leopold Place is a large (100 m2), quiet, city centre basement flat with small private garden to the rear. The front of the property faces south making the living/dining room bright and airy whilst the bedrooms are situated to the rear. There is a private front courtyard ensuring privacy from the road above.
The kitchen adjoins the living area and is equipped with Siemens/Bosch large appliances throughout (oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine). Smaller kitchen appliances include microwave, cafetiere, kettle and toaster.
The dining area of the living room seats 4 but with the option of extending the table to seat 6. HD digital TV is at your disposal and there is a Bose Bluetooth speaker for listening to music.
There is a king-size bed (150 X 200cm) in the master bedroom with a double bed (135 X 190cm) in the second bedroom. A single bed in the master bedroom gives added versatility to sleeping arrangements or the option of sleeping a 5th person (at an extra charge of £60/night).

Summary: My family and I had a cozy stay in Edinburgh. It's a beautiful space in a great neighborhood that's walking distance to most things. There's plenty of buses that are convenient to use for further out destinations and a Tram stop around the corner that runs to the airport. I highly recommend this place!

Summary: We loved staying in this spacious and sparkling clean flat. I wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided and Mark was very responsive and accommodating to deal with. The location was perfect and makes for an easy walk to most tourist attractions in the City. There were also some really nice cafe's and restaurants practically on the doorstep.
