Summary: We found the location to be perfect for a stay in New Town with everything in Old town within easy walking distance. The carpet was a bit worn out and there was a cigarette burn on one of the sofas in the living room. The mattresses were too old and a lumpy. The layout of the apartment was nice. We had a wonderful stay and the kitchen was clean and laid out very well with all the amenities and appliances.

Summary: Very happy with the property, our only gripe was having to carry a large suitcase up the spiral stairs to the second floor. Smaller cases would be easier. The property is centrally located and is within walking distance of most of the attractions, shops and restaurants, with trams, buses and Waverley station close by.

Summary: Great location and the flat was roomy and clean. The owner was also very communicative and willing to accommodate as our original plan had changed. The only feedback from us was the flooring. While it was likely chosen as it is sturdy, thick thatched covering, it made it difficult to walk barefoot or in socks as the fibers would poke through and irritate your feet. But if you walk around the flat with shoes or slippers with thick soles, you’d be fine.

Summary: Very clean, beautiful views, wonderful kitchen and bathroom. Location was easy to get around. Con was not understanding there was only stairs up two flights with 2 ladies carrying heavy bags up and down. Otherwise excellent.
