A beautiful, well equipped ground-floor apartment, in a quiet secure residential development, our goal is to make the apartment a home from home, so you can relax and enjoy your break in comfort.
Ideal for couples, groups or families who want easy access to the city, plenty of space (120 sq meters) in a peaceful environment.
10 – 15 minutes walk from the east end of Princes Street, with private parking.
A short walk to Edinburgh's many attractions, some things to mention, Holyrood Palace, The Parliament, The Castle, The Playhouse Theatre, Botanic Gardens and Princes Street.
We are proud to have achieved the Scottish Tourist Board 3 Star Award as well as Category 3 access for residents with mobility issues. We have welcomed many guests with varying requirements over the years.
The apartment is the perfect base from which to explore Edinburgh and Scotland.
Large, bright, clean, well equipped kitchen, there is a dish washer, washing machine/tumble drier, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Tassimo. You will find a good selection of pots and pans, casserole dishes and oven trays. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, washing up powder.

Gas central heating provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere all year round, along with instant and constant hot water.
Wheelchair access, stool and suction hand rails available for shower, Parking space, Category 3 access award for guests with mobility issues from the Scottish Tourist Board. Assistance dogs welcome, there is a park to walk a dog one minute away. I am happy to provide a water bowl. There is a magnifying glass. I have details of a mobility shop that hires out scooters, chairs etc as and when required.

Summary: Since the first day I scheduled this booking, Edele was very communicative. She provided clear instructions and was there when we arrived to greet us and show us the property.This unit is fully equipped, perfect for a family with all the amenities you will need to feel at home. It is conveniently situated and in a safe neighborhood. I felt at peace walking on my own from Edinburgh Castle to this unit. I highly recommend it.On a separate note, I would like to personally thank Edele because she went above and beyond coordinating a small delivery I needed to get to Edinburgh prior to my arrival. She was extremely helpful.

Summary: The flat is large. We had six people in our party and we had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. About a 15 minute walk to new town and a 25 walk to old town. Bus service is also available close to the flat. Edele was great at communicating with us throughout the process.

Summary: We loved the 5 min easy access to the tram. Also loved the spaciousness and modern kitchen and bathrooms. Large kitchen table was fun for family games after a full day of sightseeing and the family room had very comfortable seating. The apartment was well equipped with all of the amenities we needed. Instructions and communication from our host, Edele, was excellent.

Summary: We are a group of sr women traveling thru Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland for 3 weeks. We spent 6 nites here and it was the perfect place to stay to get to various locations via uber or public bus. The apartment was very roomy, comfortable and clean. We were very happy here. Thank you Edele for your kind hospitality….so sorry not to have actually met you but we never stopped running from the moment we landed in Edinburgh!
