The ground floor of the cottage provides an open plan family living, dining and kitchen area along with a cloakroom and entrance hall. The contemporary styled living area features a log-burning stove and gliding bi-fold patio door, opening onto a paved patio area. Summary: This property is outstanding from the moment you enter, useful welcome pack, cleanliness spot on, kitchen and equipment very good, mattress and bedding first class, thick Egyptian towels. And last but not least was the communication from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful. We booked Friday to Tuesday but ended up staying Friday to Friday which once again was thanks to Nigel 10/10

Summary: We have stayed at a few of these rentals at the Bay and this one is by far the best. Absolutely lovely, and very clean with no doggy smell. We have dogs but hate that most places that are dog friendly have a doggy smell. The host was lovely and let us have an early check in so we could leave our luggage and enjoy our 1st day. It’s a lovely quiet place great for kids and adults alike. The location to the beach is perfect. We had an amazing time, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

Summary: Lovely cottage, very cosy and well equipped. We did some lovely walks from the cottage on the beach to filey and the other way to Reighton gap. Facilities on site good, clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again in the future.
