Positive: We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful beach house, with toys, games and DVD's for the kids. Lovely and clean. It's probably one of the best locations at The Bay, as it's not far from the beach or the site amenities. The host was superb, and sent us lots of information beforehand. We would definitely book again.

Positive: Beautifully appointed and ideally located in the heart of The Bay. Particularly loved the rear and secluded garden area which is maintained to a high standard. Fully equipped, exceptionally clean and well maintained property. A real gem!

Positive: What a lovely property and a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Boardwalk has such a happy feel to it - bright and airy, beautifully decorated, with super comfy beds and equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more!). It was our first time visiting the North Yorkshire coast, and the hosts provided loads of brilliant recommendations for places to visit with the kids, the best chippies and cafés to eat at etc. They even left a lovely Easter gift for our little boy on arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property also had a great selection of board games and DVDs, which he absolutely loved! The Bay is great too, we had a lovely meal at the pub and made the most of the amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we’ll definitely be back!

Positive: It was in an ideal location within the Bay complex. It was lovingly furnished with great decor and it was spotless. Lots of outside space to experience and the owner had thought of everything. Welcome basket s a lovely touch too.

Negative: Nothing. - the basketball facilities could do with a little repair but that has absolutely nothing to do with the property.

Summary: It was a fantastic stay in a fabulous cabin with Filey having picturesque views.

Positive: It’s was clean, comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay. The location was perfect for being able to walk to Filey beach, and a short drive to Filey town, Scarborough and Hunmanby. Also, We arrived to little gifts not only for the children but for us as well - loved our stay from beginning to end, so much so that we didn’t want to leave!

Positive: Great communication with the owner through out the booking. Stopped at the bay around 10 times , and this property was by far the best. Clean , quality fixtures and fitting , plus a great starter pack and a hamper. We are already wanting to book it for a longer stay this year. Would highly recommend .
