Positive: The location is in the very center of Madrid. Almost all the famous places in the capital of Spain you mast see can be reached on foot in minutes. So it turned out to be a wonderful vacation.

Positive: Perfect location. Calm street , zero traffic. Just a minute from Opera metro station. Sol and Plaza Mayor within short walking distance. Excellent accommodation for a family -two bedrooms with private bathrooms, which is a sort of a luxury anywhere. Well equipped kitchen , although self catering in the heart of Madrid is a rather strange idea. Excellent communication with the host , fast and easy check-in/out If you expect a hotel-like breakfast with scrambled eggs and fried bacon- don’t. Breakfast is simple, but it’s there for you just as an easy start of the day😀

Positive: Breakfast is (croissants in a bag from Carrefour, honey, marmalade, juice, butter, ... ) but intention was there, better to make an agreement with bakery just a few houses further for great croissants or pastry. Coffee pads, beds, room, shower, ... where excellent.

Positive: Everything! Veronica was incredibly welcoming and kind. She allowed us to adjust our check-in time when we were a little delayed; she provided some food to get us started; and she demonstrated how to run the air conditioning, etc. The location was wonderful as well. This cute apartment with a balcony is situated in walking distance to basically everything in the city center. And, Madrid, it is worth seeing! This was a fantastic stay!
