Positive: What we loved the most about these apartments was how cozy and comfortable they were, located in a brand-new building with the perfect location for exploring Madrid. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need - every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The communication with Elena was very pleasant and efficient, and the welcome surprise was a delightful touch. We were truly impressed. A wonderful place, definitely recommended.

Positive: Everything was as on the pics. Even though it was self check in, to check in was super easy and there was someone always online on WA. There is deosit to be paid via a separate website, but the deposit was returned in 24hrs as promised, the location is amazing, close to metro and in the city centre. I def recommend.

Negative: There was a strong cleaning scent and it took quite a while to get rid off.
