Negative: Sliding doors at shower can be improved otherwise water might go out of the location. To do list at disposal to follow instructions about garbage to be split and where.

Negative: We selected a property that was meant for 3 adults - in reality it simply did not meet the space requirements for any more than 2 adults and a child . There was too much extra furniture that made movement difficult and further cramped the space for 3 adults.

Positive: Very clean modern apartment. Secure building with digital access. The location was fantastic and easy access to so much on foot. Despite being in a busy location it wasn’t noisey at night time which was great as we had our 7 yr old with us.

Positive: everything perfect, safety top, procedure smooth yet very carefully put to insure guest safety and security as well as the quality of guests & legitimacy for both. very welcoming and charming host. watapp is always on stand by ready for any assistance, very polite , it’s like a guardian angel (u never see them they never knock on ur door or bother you or invade your privacy or even impose rules and conditions on you,making sure that u get more than wat you paid for. these people have maintained a high end property and they run it as their own home / living space, love and respect people who run their business as they care for their own child or loved ones, with an open heart, they give it and it gives back , was an honor and really appreciate all the care and hospitality knowing they can do more , so chapeau bas it is 5 stars in all sorts and for value for many, well they definitely win this one, nearly feels like you owe them a service ,DOES NOT MEAN THAT U INCREASE THE PRICE, it means that you would want to invite them and b their host once , keep everything same ,ur Pricing is truly a definition for value for money. 😀and this is my definition for a happy customer that found the right place for his visits to madrid , And happy to recommend CAVA BAJAS suites without a doubt and with all do respect to the big names in 5 stars hotels yet cava bajas deserves 7 stars for their classy humble and perfect pricing

Positive: Very good location! Near the plaza mayor and also all the other attractions are within walking distance.

Negative: We had only two big towels for four people, but we also didn’t say anything to the owner and used the little ones too. The owner was very friendly and told us we could have said something :) And in the bathroom were some hair which weren’t from us behind the door, but also not a big problem :)

Summary: Very cute accomodation with a very good location and there’s nothing to complain for the price :)

Positive: The location was great, really close to the center and close to restaurants and tapa bars. The room was clean and renovated. The staff was really helpful especially during our check in and check out process.

Negative: The room was small for a famille of 3 and we had to open and close the sofa bed every time.

Positive: Very clean and compact space. The champagne and truffles was a great touch that was in the refrigerator when we arrived. The property was prepared for us ahead of check in time. Great contact and follow up throughout our stay!
