Positive: location - Cava Baja street is so nice and lively, metro not far away, good good and drinks on the spot. The place was clean and comfy, with a nice touch of an old building.

Positive: The property is warm during winter and there was almost no need for us to put the A/C on , very cozy and the location was amazing and even though it’s very close to the centre of Madrid it’s more calm and easier to enjoy the character of the neighbourhood. Everybody was very kind to us and especially Elena who reached out to me since we booked the place and answered any questions I had .

Negative: Very little… maybe the fact that you do all the checking in yourself, but that’s just a change … although contactand correspondence was good throughout the process via email and messaging

Positive: Best location in the city. Close to everything. Communication was very good from the manager.

Negative: Sliding doors at shower can be improved otherwise water might go out of the location. To do list at disposal to follow instructions about garbage to be split and where.

Negative: We selected a property that was meant for 3 adults - in reality it simply did not meet the space requirements for any more than 2 adults and a child . There was too much extra furniture that made movement difficult and further cramped the space for 3 adults.

Positive: Very clean modern apartment. Secure building with digital access. The location was fantastic and easy access to so much on foot. Despite being in a busy location it wasn’t noisey at night time which was great as we had our 7 yr old with us.
