Summary: May 20 year-old daughter and I like to get together at hotels about 6 to 9 times a year. I grew up loving the Embassy suites and so I took her there this time overall it was great.

Summary: We LOVE Embassy Suites…but, the mattresses were *really bad* in our room. Also, everything seems a little “old” (nicks, wear and water stains on the furniture, stains on carpeting, rusted pool chairs, etc). It just doesn’t seem fresh. Of course, there’s a ROI when spending money on all new furniture and carpeting, etc. Embassy suites is our favorite chain-it fits our family perfectly and we travel a lot. They all just seem a little rundown. The staff was amazing-very friendly and accommodating. We love the manager’s reception and the breakfast (but no biscuits and gravy?!-maybe that was for the best for me…) PLEASE don’t let this hotel run into the ground. We do truly love it.

Summary: This hotel desperately needs to be updated. My room had a horrible musty smell, the toilet is made for a child and extremely hard to sit on, and having to go across the street to park is extremely inconvenient.

Summary: The extra couch pull out was very uncomfortable and had no sheets to put on it. The room was freezing and we had no way to change the temp on the thermostat. The couch cushions were torn and had holes in it.

Summary: Parking is NOT FREE (my fault for not noticing). Furniture needs a good update. Tub had a rust. The TV was cutting out and the pool was COLD. Breakfast was decent. The free drink from the bar was so watered down we didn’t bother the second night. Location was good. Probably won’t choose to stay there again.

Summary: Futon dirty when I pulled it out to make up my bed. Wedding reception going on 2 floors below us till late at night so noise carried thru to our room. Loved the location (close to shops and restaurants and easy to get to car show at the fairgrounds) carpet in our room was frayed and needs replaced

Summary: Its was good. Staff took care of my needs as come up. My AC unit leaked on my floor the first night but the staff has nice snd got their team to my room first thing in the morning the second day. Breakfast was good and so was the nighly reception. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing ad well.

Summary: The room was in disrepair. Mold on the ceilings, paint peeling and cobwebs in multiple places. The milk was spoiled on the breakfast buffet, the food was flavorless and the guy at the omelette station was rude. The bartender on Friday night swelled like he hadn’t showered in a week, there were no snacks left at 6:30 for the cocktail hour - just an overall bad experience!
