Positive: Provided us with coffee and tea, champagne and orange juice for mimosas, cookware, toiletries, everything! Location is great we were able to walk to everything downtown. We didn’t have a single complaint! Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others!!

Positive: This very small Modern/Traditional style cozy loft is in a good location. You can walk to downtown in 10 minutes. It has good parking. The loft was very clean. The small kitchen is fairly well equipped. It has lots of natural light and was quiet.

Negative: The bed is only a double and had no top sheet on the bed with just a small comforter the same width as the bed making it hard for two people to be comfortably covered. There was an extra small comforter folded under the TV so I used that one and my partner used the one that was provided on the bed. The bathroom is nice and has a huge tub however there is no shower, the tub has a shower wand but no shower curtain so I had to wash and rinse while sitting down so I wouldn't accidentally spray water on the walls or floor. The loft sleeping area has very little air-conditioning so it would be miserable in the middle of summer. They do provide fans but fans can not replace the comfort of air-conditioning. There is no place to hang or store your clothes. Also the stairs to the loft are very steep and difficult to use, especially coming down! I had very little contact with the owners just a couple text's back and forth. We stayed for two nights costing $516.45 per night after taxes and other fee's. It was Christmas weekend but still at that price it was very disappointing.

Summary: Cute little loft in a good location but needs improvements for what it costs.
