Summary: We had a wonderful 5 day stay for our sons beach wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect! I couldn't ask for anything better. Clean, well stocked and perfect location. Definitely recommend! The bunk room was a great addition. Everyone had a wonderful stay.

Summary: We had about 18 people sleep comfortably with plenty of space inside and out to hangout. Pool was beautiful and the back yard was where we spent the bulk of our time. Great location with quick access to downtown Melbourne and beach side restaurants. Would totally book again!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay very much! Owners were very accommodating and super responsive to our changing needs! Beds were super comfortable and linens were plush and clean. I think they're still in the process of updating the exterior but inside was lovely. Would recommend for large groups.

Summary: We were unsure of the property when driving by. The tree outside made it look run down. But once onsite it was awesome. Everyone commented about how perfect it was for our group. People could play cards at the table and others had room to sit and visit without disturbing them. The pool was clean and welcoming. The bunk house was attached to the house which we were not aware of. We were so happy not to have to walk outside to use the restroom. My only regret was there were not more poolside chairs or table. We would happily stay again!!!
