Summary: House was as described - clean and well equipped. Dog loved the fenced yard. On-site laundry a plus. House is well located for navigating all the things to do in Melbourne and the surrounding area, however this does come at a small price as it's a little noisy. It was too cool to use the screened porch while we were there, but it's great to have as the patio is full sun after about 11am. Friendly neighbors. Great communication with owner. Enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We were in town for a wedding and a funeral and needed a safe place, with a fenced yard, that took pets. This place fit the bill. It's a cute little house with a fully fenced yard. Very quiet neighborhood. Good communication and prompt response from the property manager.

Summary: My husband and I rented this property while visiting for my nephew’s wedding. The home was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. Having access to a washer and dryer was much appreciated. For pet owners, note that while the yard appears to be fenced in, it’s not. There is an opening on the side of the carport. Communication was great. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Melbourne!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Tucker's! Everything was as described. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is close to Downtown Melbourne, Publix, Starbucks and great restaurants including Hemingway's Tavern. The screened in porch was nice for sitting outside in the evenings and enjoying the cool air. Our hosts were very responsive to anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
