If you appreciate the old feel of Melbourne, I highly recommend this location. From the beginning, connecting with our host, Beth and to the day of check everything went amazingly smooth. Summary: Great location! House was very nice and clean. The view was excellent. We spent a lot of time on the back porch looking at the river. Saw many dolphins, birds and boats. Golfing nearby was also a plus. Beth was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. Had a great stay.
