Summary: Loved this house online, even more adorable in person.A lovely house well cared for and in a good location.Full, huge, beautiful kitchen with everything you could possibly think of in it. And a gorgeous porch on the back of the house to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, and a quiet back yard space. You won't be disappointed.

Summary: We both work from home so we decided to escape winter for a month. Quiet neighborhood for the most part, nice yard with gas grill. It was very convenient to the little city area of Melbourne, Eau Gallie and even across the bridge to the beaches. We enjoyed golf, Turkey Creek sanctuary and kayaking., the harbor and several restaurants. Owner was super responsive to questions and a minor repair, rooms are spacious and wifi great. Summary: I had the good fortune of staying at the 1926 house and it was amazing. Donna the owner was very quick to reply to any questions/messages and the house was extremely clean and spacious.
