Summary: 9 high school seniors and their 9 moms...18 women in one house and nobody killed anyone because this place had so many places to seclude yourself and more than enough places to congregate without ever feeling cramped. The bedrooms were more than ample...the gathering places were the same. The thought process on how this house should function was spot on! Everything you need in the kitchen (and didn't know you needed) was supplied. Sunsets were easily accessible from every level of the house. The majority of this house's living spaces faced the ocean/beach which is one main reason you stay on the beach. Tons of beach and lounge chairs to take to the beach with umbrellas along with beach games and water activities. This is a perfect house for large gatherings. 2 dishwashers in the kitchen, 2 stove tops, 2 ovens, 2 drip coffee makers (1 even so you can grind your own beans) and a keurig. Super private with just the right amount of beach "traffic" to please the moms and girls. This is not the typical MTV spring break draw but it's just what we wanted...we made our own fun because the house and location supplied just what we wanted with quick access to the darling little town and beach. And Covid restrictions were very lax...BIG plus. Could go on for days on how we loved this place. Heck, even Vicky (lead cleaning crew lady) came over one of the nights to take group pics of us...I mean who does that?! Thank you to her and Kyle, our concierge for paying to every detail and making this a senior spring break memory that topped the charts!

Summary: We stayed with our extended family, a group of 17, and couldn't have enjoyed this home more. Most wonderful was the private beach, with hardly a soul for a mile either direction. When it was time to cool off, the climate-controlled pool was large and inviting. We never fully utilized all the spacious living areas, and the bedrooms were wonderful. A great night's sleep every night on the mattresses, and luxury at every turn. We used the huge kitchen daily for family meals, and the appliances were all top notch. The team was easy to reach by phone or text, and made sure our every need was met throughout the week. Highly recommend!
