Summary: This was our first visit to North Captiva. We had 14 people, and the house was a great fit for all of us. We enjoyed the games in the evenings and the sand toys on the days on the beaches. The Kitchen had a great set up with everything we needed to make dinners for our large group. Lots of fun family memories made at Sublime

Summary: Our family of 20 stayed at Sublime from December 28 to January 4. This is the 2nd time we had booked this home. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian cancelled our plans in 2022 so we were excited to return for our 4th trip to North Captiva this year. Only one or two homes on the island can host a family of our size so we were thankful to be able to book Sublime. Communication with Lacey, the owner was exceptional. She responded immediately to all questions during the booking process. We arrived on the island using the Island Girl Charter service and as you can imagine with 20 people, we had quite a bit of luggage and groceries to move to our home. Shally's Seashells provides property management services for Sublime. They met us at the dock and transported all of our luggage and groceries to Sublime. The house is beautiful just as the pictures suggested and plenty of room for our large family. Lots of steps but they were great for exercise. The pool is heated and our little one enjoyed it many times during our stay. We had a few minor issues with the home but Shally's took care of those rapidly and none of them impacted our stay in a negative way. Service provided by Shally's was exceptional and Lacey was also available for anything we needed during our stay. The island is still recovering from the past two hurricanes and much construction and cleanup remains to be done, but a lot of progress was made during our stay. Can't wait to return.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Sublime! It was our second time staying on North Captiva Island. We love it there. The house was perfect for our needs with plenty of room to scatter seventeen of us around without being crowded at all. The house is clean and the kitchen is well appointed. The pool was perfectly heated and the outdoor ping pong was a big hit. I highly recommend this home, Lacey responded quickly to any of our questions. I would not hesitate in renting from her again. Book it if it’s available!!

Summary: Our large family full of grandparents all the way down to babies had the best time at this house! Sublime is not on the beach but you can see it and it is literally a 2 minute golf cart ride away. We thought that was perfect, we would spend the mornings on the beach playing in the ocean and then back to the house for the littles to nap. That was pool time for the adults then in the pool for the littles after their naps. We felt able to spread out and each bedroom has its own bathroom so that was nice as well for privacy, the kitchen had everything we needed for all the large meals. Loved the crows nest for sunrise and sunsets. There are two large balconies as well. It’s just a super set up and the island itself is absolutely stunning. They are still recovering from the hurricane but the beaches are impeccable and at times we felt like we had the island to ourselves. I was a little nervous about having to haul all the groceries over but it worked out just fine. We ordered a delivery once and also bought some prepared food from one of the caterers that were recommended and both services were amazing. Definitely want to come back!

Summary: We had a great week at Sublime. We were 10 adults and 7 kids. We had lots of rain for a couple of days but the house provided a great space for passing that time together. Great frig space Plenty of cabinets for a week’s worth of groceries Awesome square dining tables perfect for eating and games Loved the screened in decks Swimming Pool, foosball and ping pong tables provided hours of fun Comfortable beds Lots of room to spread out and not be on top of each other Sunrise and sunset views were AMAZING! Robes were a hit with the kids!!!

Summary: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sublime beach house! The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a perfect beach getaway. The location was unbeatable, just a couple minute golf cart ride to multiple different beaches Lacey was welcoming and responsive, along with their property management team. The check-in process was seamless, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house, such as the beach gear and detailed guidebook. I would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Summary: If you have a large group, this is a great house. The pool was amazing for our kids. Every time we were not at the ocean, the kids were in the pool. Lots of great games like ping pong and such. Enough seating for very large group meals. We loved the screened in decks on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The over look deck on the top of the house was amazing as well.the listing is just as it states.

Summary: Three story house with terrific eagle’s nest on the rooftop. Although not on the beach it is very close to the water. Nice views on the north end of the island. Pool and deck with variety of game choices a good setup for family activities. House appointed nicely with two washers and dryers. Third floor is kitchen, dining and living areas. It is a healthy walk upstairs. Lots of privacy in this home.
